INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS, AS WELL AS LIMITATIONS
AND EXCLUSIONS THAT MAY APPLY TO YOU.
This Agreement contains the terms and conditions that apply to your
services or purchases from OK Computer Services entity named on the
invoice (OK Computer Services) that will be provided to you (Customer)
on all services or purchases, related products and support sold in the
United States. By accepting delivery of the computer systems, other
products and or services and support described on that invoice,
Customer agrees to be bound by and accepts these terms and conditions.
THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY (i) UNLESS THE CUSTOMER HAS SIGNED A
SEPARATE SERVICE OR PURCHASE AGREEMENT WITH OK COMPUTER SERVICES, IN
WHICH CASE THE SEPARATE AGREEMENT SHALL GOVERN OR (ii) UNLESS OTHER OK
COMPUTER SERVICES STANDARD TERMS APPLY TO THE TRANSACTION. These terms
and conditions are subject to change without prior written notice at
any time, in OK Computer Service's sole discretion.
PICK-UP & DELIVERY SERVICE
OK Computer Services are here for you and we will do our best to
accommodate your schedule for all pick-ups and deliveries. Due
to varying travel time and possible traffic, our pick-up and delivery
services may be canceled, delayed or unavailable. If you need to
reschedule your pick-up or delivery, please call us at least two hours
in advance.
OK Computer Services will assign both a pick-up and drop-off time for
all services, some restrictions may apply. Pick-ups and
drop-offs will be available 7 days a week, some holidays excluded.
OK Computer Services reserves the right to determine the pick-up and
drop-off times at our own discretion and reserves the right to
reschedule such times upon prior notice to Customer.
Pick-up and delivery services are available on most services.
Pick-up and delivery services are available for Boston and the
surrounding Boston area. We've provided our pick-up and delivery
service as a courtesy to all of our customers. If you live
outside of the Metro Boston area; North, South or Western
Massachusetts. You are always welcome if you're willing to drive to
us.
Pick-Up and Delivery Services are available for Desktop or Laptop.
Printer, Networking are ON-SITE ONLY, for Data Recovery Pick-Up and
Delivery is NOT available.
Please Back-Up all of your important files/folders/software before any
services if possible.
FREE Pick Up or Delivery does NOT apply to Warranty
Services.

and the Metro Boston Only. Including the following towns;

Free Rental is valid for
any In-House repair services only.
Free Rental is for Computer CPU ONLY. Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse, Printer and other accessories
is NOT included.
A valid Credit Card and State ID
will be required at time of pick up to prevent loss of rental
Computers. No personal check will be accepted with the Free
rental, we apologize for any inconvenience.
We currently have 20 Computers
CPU available for Free Rental. Free Rental is on a First-Come
First-Serve Basis. Please call or stop by for availability.
After you have been notified
that your Computer repair has been completed, you have a three(3)
business day grace period to pick up your Computer and return the
rental Computer. If you exceed this grace period, you will be
charged a daily rental fee.
Due to high cost of Laptop LCD
Screen, Free Laptop Rental is currently NOT available.
There will be a $20.00 PC Rental
Insurance Fee Applied; Rental Insurance Fee covers all hardware or
software configuration / installation upon rental, if applicable.
PC Rental Insurance Fee Does Not cover lost, stolen, theft,
vandalism, fire, or water damage. A valid Credit Card and State ID
will be required at time of pick up. There will be a $400.00
deposit, which will be fully refunded upon return of the PC Rental.
If the PC is NOT returned after your Computer is repaired or
your computer is non-repairable and we have notify you, after 30
days from notice, you will lose your deposit.
ON-SITE REPAIR
On-Site Repairs are only available on certain services. Some
repairs are time-extensive due to lack of hardware, software and
driver downloads for diagnostic, testing or installation. We
offer free pick-up and delivery* to maximize our time and yours and
make getting your Computer problem resolved much faster; also it will
minimize expense to you. While in our office, we are able to
multitask and as a result, In-House repairs may prove to be less time
consuming and more cost effective than On-Site. If you have
further questions please call us for further details.
Payment of Services
OK Computer Services gladly accepts Cash, Checks, Money Order and all
major Credit Cards, including American Express Card, Discover Card,
MasterCard, VISA and Debit Cards. A valid and matching driver's
license is required for all Checks. There is a minimum of $25.00
charged with all returned Checks for insufficient or uncollected
funds. There is a $25 late fee charge for billing clients after
30 days of the invoice date.
Credit Card or Debit Card payments can also be paid Online thru
PayPal.com after we have confirmed that your work order is completed.
We do not add any surcharges to your credit card.
By using PayPal.com helps us keep Credit Card
Fraud down since it logs all transactions and the IP address. This
will not only help you to make payments to us easier, but it will also
help us to keep our Credit Card fees low. We prefer having Credit Card
and Operating Fees low so we can pass the savings on to you
and to all of our Computer Service Rates. All Credit
Card payments must be made after we have confirmed that your work
order is completed or before picking up your order.
Replacement Parts
All parts are subject to manufacture's availability. All
replacement parts from manufactures or authorized dealers have a
thirty-day warrantee (unless stated) some may be longer. We
occasionally get part(s) from third parties and they are subject to
the seller's payment instructions, warrantees and are subject to
the seller's return policy. OK Computer Services will
contact you before any replacement part(s) has been ordered.
Email of all warrantees or return policies can be obtained by
notifying us before or after the replacement part(s) has been
ordered.
Defective parts can be easily exchanged with most manufactures or
authorized dealers, some restrictions may apply. Parts returned for
the customer’s convenience will be subject to a 5% - 30% restocking
fee charge depending on the manufacture's or authorized dealer's
policy.
Pricing, Specifications &
Availability
All prices, specifications, and availability of services or products
on our site are up-to-date. Prices, specifications, and availability
of services or products are subject to change without notice.
Due to the volatile nature of the computer market, descriptions may
not reflect current technical information. Any typographical,
photographic, or specification error in our services, products,
prices, or offers is subject to correction without notice.
Sale Taxes
Unless otherwise stated on the face hereof, stated prices do not
include any customs duties, sales, use, value added, excise, federal,
state, local or other taxes. All such duties or taxes shall be paid by
customer, or, in lieu thereof, customer shall provide OK Computer
Services with an appropriate tax exemption certificate.
OUR GUARANTEE
After your computer has been serviced, if you still have the same
problem or if you feel that we have misdiagnosed the problem, call us
back within 30 days. We will set up a time to look at it again. If the
problem is related to the original problem, we will fix it for FREE
!!! FREE Pick Up or Delivery does NOT apply to
Warranty Services.
( i.e. We just repaired the DC-In Connection in your laptop and
when you received it there was power but 3 days later there is no
power when you plug in the DC Adapter and no light in the power
indicator on your laptop. If we find out that this is caused by
our technician's defective work we will fix it for free, but if it was
caused by the adapter being defective and the DC-In Connection
is fine, we will charge you for the diagnostic fee.) Any attempt
to repair or service any Computer Equipment, Laptop, Printer not
authorized by the Management of OK Computers will void any and all
warranties.

SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT
LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, DAMAGE TO OR LOSS OF
EQUIPMENT, DATA OR SOFTWARE LOST, LOST PROFITS OR REVENUE, COSTS OF RENTING REPLACEMENTS AND
ADDITIONAL EXPENSES, RESULTING FROM OK COMPUTER SERVICES' PERFORMANCE
